COMMENT
ピエール・ジェルべはシャンパーニュにおけるピノ・ブランのパイオニア。セル・シュール・ウルス村に所有する平均樹齢40年、泥灰土、石灰岩からなるキンメリジャン地層のリューディー「ラ・ロージュ」に植えられたピノ・ブラン100％から造られるシャンパーニュ。2011年から2017年のペルペチュエル・リザーブ（継ぎ足し）、ステンレスタンクのみを使用。マロラクティック発酵後、澱とともに10ヶ月熟成。コラージュなし、フィルター無し、瓶詰後36ヶ月熟成。ドザージュ3g/L。

Bursting with aromas of mint, orange zest, fresh bread, passionflower and quince, the NV Extra-Brut La Loge is medium to full-bodied, pillowy and incisive, with a fleshy and layered core of fruit, racy acids and a long, saline finish. It's produced from 80-year-old Pinot Blanc vines in a south-facing site and derives from a solera spanning the 2011-2018 vintages.
