＜キンメリジャン土壌＞プイィ・フュメAOCで最初にぶどうが植樹されたサン･ローラン･ラベイにあるキンメリジャン泥灰土の畑。プイィのグランクリュとも言えます。良いぶどうのみを厳選して造られます。このテロワールは丸みと深み、そして素晴らしい熟成能力をもたらします。85%はステンレスタンクで、残り15%はトロンセ産オーク樽で発酵。７-８ヶ月間澱とともに熟成。

Made from a strict selection of the best Sauvignon grapes, the 2019 Pouilly-Fumé La Demoiselle de Bourgeois is harvested on the Kimmeridgian marls of Saint-Laurent l’Abbaye, which give deepness, roundness and a remarkable longevity to the wines. The 2019 opens with a very clear, fresh and aromatic bouquet of tropical fruits (mango, passion fruit) intertwined with the fascinating purity of the Kimmeridgian terroir that adds flinty and iodine notes. Dense and intense on the palate, with firm mineral acidity and a polyphenol structure, this is a supple, quite rich but vital and aromatic Pouilly with a long and gastronomic finish. 14% stated alcohol. Diam cork. Tasted in March 2022.
