1965年に当主ジャン ルイ トラペの父が植えた畑の葡萄で、ドメーヌがビオディナミの認可を受けた1996年から造り始めているワイン。フランボワーズのキャンディや潰したイチゴの香り、柔らかなタンニンと赤い果実の旨味が余韻では甘いブルーベリーに変化する。

As fine a rendition of this cuv?e as I can remember tasting, Trapet's 2019 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain A Minima bursts with aromas of cherries, sweet berry fruit, warm spices and rose petals. Medium to full-bodied, supple and succulent, it's pure and precise, with lively acids and a perfumed finish. It's a blend of equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir, vinified without added sulfites, that Trapet first produced in the 1996 vintage.
