The 2020 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain A Minima bursts with aromas of berries, plums and cherries. Medium-bodied, rich and hearty, with a fleshy core of fruit, lively acids and ripe tannins, it has turned out nicely. As usual, it's a blend of equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir, vinified without added sulfites.

As fine a rendition of this cuv?e as I can remember tasting, Trapet's 2019 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain A Minima bursts with aromas of cherries, sweet berry fruit, warm spices and rose petals. Medium to full-bodied, supple and succulent, it's pure and precise, with lively acids and a perfumed finish. It's a blend of equal parts Gamay and Pinot Noir, vinified without added sulfites, that Trapet first produced in the 1996 vintage.
