The 2015 Grand Cru Schoenenbourg opens clear, intense, precise and floral on the nose, with concentrated lemon confit and smoky gypsum flavors. This 2015 is really concentrated on the nose and displays a gorgeously fresh and vegetal greeniness. Sweet, finessed and lush on the
creamy textured palate, this is a very precise and concentrated Schonenbourg with a very long, intense and seductive finish. There isgreat elegance, finesse and complexity here. Very salty. This is a great long-distance runner. -

1ha。標高270m。平均樹齢50年。リースリング、ミュスカ、ピノ・グリ、シルヴァ ネール、シャスラ等の混植。リースリングが約80%。軽い粘土質表土に、砂岩質、 石膏、泥灰土質基盤。貴腐菌。石膏中に硫黄分が多く含まれていることで有名な伝説的な畑で、ワインにもマッチを擦ったような香りが感じられます。「10年間は開かない」という厳格で荘厳なスタイル。現代アルザスワインの頂点のひとつ。 -

The 2014 Grand Cru Schoenenbourg is still a bit discreet and reductive on the nose, but intense in its concentrated citrus (lemon confit) and earthy flavors. Sweet and piquant on the palate, this is a generous, lush and juicy, but firmly structured and vivacious, Schoenenbourg with a nice tannin grip, lingering and refreshing salinity. It has an exciting mineral structure in the finish and remains firm and precise. Very promising. -
