個人的にアンリオのシャンパーニュで一押しなのが、このリナタンデュ2018！
実は2度テイスティングする機会が御座いました。
最初味わった時に「なにこれ、メチャ美味しいじゃん」って見慣れぬエチケットを見返した記憶がありました。
2度目は、シャンパーニュ・アンリオの代表取締役社長ギョーム・デグリーズ氏とのランチミーティングの席でした。

④ブリュット・ミレジメ2014
⑤リナタンデュ2018
⑥キュヴェ・エメラ2013
上記6アイテムをフレンチを食べながら味わいました。
価格が上昇するにつれて美味しくなっていくという「当たり前」なことが、首を傾げることなく当たり前に実践されていることに感心しました。
予算があれば、⑥キュヴェ・エメラですが、その半額程度の価格で感動的な⑤リナタンデュが個人的にはお薦めです。

「リナタンデュ」＝「予期せぬワイン」という意味で、その年最も輝いたクリュをセレクト。
どこの畑を使うかは決めておらず、リリース時のお楽しみだそうです。
2018年は暑い年ながら、南向きのシュイイから高い酸度を持った区画をセレクト。
「ふくよかで、エキゾチックな表情豊かなシュイイの特徴を表現。
香りは力強く、エレガント。フレッシュな黄色い果実、パイナップル、バニラやわずかにペトロールのような香り。
味わい深く、丸みがあり、ヴェルヴェットのような滑らかなテクスチャー。
2018年は非常にいきいきとしているのが特徴的で、余韻も素晴らしい。
2023年3月デゴルジュマン。

The second iteration of this new cuvee from Henriot maintains the demonstrative and expressive style that is characteristic of this new cuvee. The 2018 Brut L'inattendue evokes aromas of peach, ripe orchard fruits and lemon intertwined with menthol notes and slightly smoky hints. Medium to full-bodied, enveloping and elegantly structured, it’s perfectly balanced with a vinous mid-palate and a long, mouthwatering and mineral finish. This is one of the most exciting cuvees from this house, which recently changed hands.

アンリオは1808年の創業以来家族経営を貫く今では数少ない老舗シャンパーニュメゾンです。
高品質なシャルドネを活かしたフレッシュでエレガントな味わいの長熟タイプのシャンパーニュを世に送り出しています。
グランクリュとプルミエクリュのブドウを約70-80%使用し、リザーヴ比率は約30-50%。瓶熟約4年の贅沢な造り。
シャルドネのエレガントさを身上とするアンリオのアイデンティティともいえるキュヴェです。
非常にきめ細やかな泡立ち。白い花やレモン、ペストリーやフレッシュバターなどの複雑なアロマ。
滑らかな口当たりと気品溢れる風味。
適度なドザージュによりエレガントでバランスの良い味わいに仕上がっています。

Henriot's newly released 2006 Brut Cuvée Hemera is showing very nicely, offering up aromas of wheat toast, crisp stone fruit, dried white flowers, smoke and iodine. Medium to full-bodied, rich and enveloping, with a generous core of fruit, bright acids and a pretty pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a mouthwateringly sapid finish. The cuvée's rather reductive style marries well with the inherent opulence of the vintage, and it marks a notable step up over the inaugural 2005 in depth and concentration.
