ムルソー・プルミエ・クリュの中でもベル・コート（美しい岸辺）と呼ばれる一帯の中心に位置するこの畑は、かつてこの一帯に生い茂っていたセイヨウネズ（ジュヌヴリエール）に名前の由来を持ちます。ネズの木に実るジュニパー・ベリーのアロマが豊かに香る口当たり滑らかでエレガントなワインに仕上がります。

相性の良い料理：よく火を通したフォアグラに林檎のキャラメリゼを添えた一皿。サーブの適温：13-14℃

2016年のムルソー・プルミエ・クリュ・ジュヌヴリエールは、仄かなトピカル・フルーツの香りに、ホワイトチョコレートやアーモンドのニュアンスが香るややシンプルなブーケを湛えている。非常によく熟れた果実の味わいが飲み始めに感じられ、クリーンだが、やや「ふんわり」とした印象を持つ後味が余韻に広がる。

ムルソー・プルミエ・クリュ・シャルム
ペリエールの下方に位置しピュリニィ・モンラッシェに隣接するシャルムは、ムルソー最大のプルミエ・クリュです。シャルムは、「ショーム（荒地）」が訛った呼び名で、この地がかつて牧畜用のむき出しの荒地であったことを示しています。乾燥した不毛な大地は、シャルドネの栽培に最適で、ヴァニラやトースト、バターが香る芳醇なワインを生みます。

■テクニカル情報■　品種：シャルドネ100%　畑：シャルムの3区画　土壌：粘土を含む白色石灰岩質
相性の良い料理：フォアグラ、トリュフ、チキンやブレス産の七面鳥のグリル。サーブの適温：13-14℃。
