グレープフルーツや砂糖漬けのオレンジにハーブやスパイス、スレートのヒント。
口に含むと果実の透明感、フローラルのエッセンス、上質なミネラルが見事に折り重なり、フィニッシュに至るまで美しく持続する。
凝縮した果実の甘やかさとフレッシュなミネラルが非の打ち所がないほどに調和している。

Molitor's 2022 Riesling Ürziger Würzgarten Spätlese (Golden Capsule) is very clear yet still discreet on the precise and, at this stage, stunningly vegetal/herbal and floral nose. This is another 2022 Molitor Riesling that needs a certain amount of time in the glass to open up, become more refined and gain in complexity. The palate is dense and lush yet also savory and tapering on the finish that, again, delivers earthy and vegetal aromas yet still not much texture or complexity. The 2022 will develop and open up over the years but still doesn't sing, thus the rather conservative score for now. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024 from AP 25 23.
