固く、重いグレースレートが主体でごつごつした石がちな土壌。
瑞々しい白桃に、湿ったスレートを思わせる力強いミネラルのノート。
フレッシュでありながらまろやかな口当たりで、アフターには塩味がしっかりと感じられる。
純粋さと力強さを兼ね備えている。
モーゼル中部、モーゼル川を見下ろす急斜面に広がる銘醸畑グラーハー・ドムプロブスト。
青いスレート土壌と冷涼な気候が生む、気品あるリースリングで名高い区画です。

As always, the 2023 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Spätlese (White Capsule) is clear, refined and coolish on the nose, which is well-defined and pairs saline notes with clayish slate intensity and some smoky tones that add spice to the ripe yellow stone fruit aroma that is very subtle here. The wine is lush and elegant on the round and balanced first palate, then very soon becomes crystalline and saline and keeps its elegance and finesse to finish with uplifted intensity, mouthwatering salinity and crunchy tannin grip. The finish and aftertaste are intense, but there is not really power, just intensity paired with finesse. The wine is very long and already in form. 11.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine from AP 24 in January 2026.
