伝統的なセパージュ。最低3年瓶熟成。キュミエール、ダムリー、オーヴィレール、ヴェルヌイユにある20以上の村のぶどうをブレンド。フレッシュで爽快さがあり、丸みのある味わい。
泡立ちは繊細で、バランスの取れたメゾンの典型的なスタイルです。ドザージュは7g/ℓ未満。ヴァン・ド・レゼルヴは約20%。

The latest release of Joseph Perrier's NV Brut Cuvée Royale is showing well, revealing a generous bouquet of ripe apples, mandarin, warm biscuits and subtle hints of honeycomb. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and rounded, with a generous core of fruit, ripe acids and a youthfully frothy mousse. It's testimony to the progress made at Joseph Perrier in the last decade.
