The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé “Pentacrine” is generous and charming, exhibiting aromas of citrus oil, crisp stone fruit, white flowers and buttery pastry, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping palate. From holdings at the bottom of the Roche de Vergisson, it's named for the star-shaped fossils that characterize this site (as they do the Jura's Étoile).
