味わい深いスタイルです。
なんでもリザーヴワインは、同一タンクに20年来注ぎ足しているとの事でして 同シャンパーニュを訪問した輸入元の担当者がそのリザーヴワインを味わいったそうですが「滅茶滅茶美味しかった」と話してくれました。
私もシャンパーニュの生産者を幾つか訪れた事がありますが、リザーヴワインを供されたことはありませんでしたので とても興味深い体験談を聞けて良かったです。

The NV Brut Merveille is an assemblage of Chardonnay (50%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (10%) that opens with a clear, fresh, precise and slightly reductive bouquet. Lean, crisp and very elegant, with charming roundness but also precision and stimulating salinity in the finish, this is a first-class aperitif with a pretty persistent character. The cuvée I tasted in April 2018 was based on the 2013 vintage, bottled unfiltered in February of the next year and disgorged with seven grams of dosage in October 2015.
