本拠地のアルスナン村に所有の区画「ル・プリュレ」の粘土石灰土壌で育つ樹齢約 41 年のシャルドネを木樽（新樽率 20%）で発酵、マロラクティック発酵、熟成しました。
透明感のある綺麗なグリーンイエロー色、シトラス系の爽やかな香りでリンゴや花梨のアロマ、しっかりとした旨味に口中に拡がるアタック、冷涼さもありつつ果実味が溶け込んだ長めのアフターが心地よい逸品です。

Verdet's 2020 Bourgogne Hautes-Cotes de Nuits Le Prieure Blanc is an attractive, makeup-free white, offering up notions of clear honey, crisp green orchard fruit and apple blossom. Medium-bodied, fleshy and giving, with ripe acids and a saline finish, I suspect it will tighten up in bottle.
